That is only the things that still persist! I've had warranty claims addressed for; - Improper door hanging, crooked and hits the frame. - Powder room toilet rocking, had to be shimmed up. - main archway not rounded and was square on one side while round on the other.
I love the whole process did an amazing job by keeping us up to date on the process of our home. I love how she was so willing to work around our busy schedules. I would recommend 100% anyone to Legend Homes. My husband and I can not thank you guys enough. Mr. Sal Hashmi is AMAZING, he keep you updated with the progress of your home.

Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service after the first 5-months in the home, and again at the end of the first year. No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers. In 4 years of living in our new construction build, we have experienced 3 failures to the air conditioning unit totaling out of pocket expenses exceeding $2500. Several windows had broken seals which yielded a cloudy film being left between panes of glass.
- AC unit was improperly vented causing excessive leaking from secondary overflow line. - Foundation framing left behind at front door, had to have dug out and removed. The breaker had to be replaced with a "non-GFI" breaker at my approval. The oven would never have worked with the way it was installed. The electrician after coming back again to replace it says he has replaced numerous breakers in this neighborhood for the same issue.

If you are looking to purchase in the area, I would definitely recommend Sal. I found one of the windows broken in the first month of moving. When I submitted the warranty request, the customer service representative didn’t address my concern and was rude to me. Legend Homes is dedicated to an easy and exceptional home buying experience.
I purchased a home last month by this company in Maryland. The day they installed the carpet I went to see the final look, and I was surprised that it wasn t the same carpet I chose, it was a different color, different thickness, and had a lower quality than what I was promised. When I contacted Katherine about this issue she told me that all the homes in this neighborhood had the same carpet, and she couldn t do anything about it.

The purpose of my post is to ensure people understand the warranty the builder provides doesn't cover what you might think. We took on a complete remodel of the home to remedy all of the craftsmanship issues which existed due to shoddy work. These homes just go up too fast and there is a lack of attention to detail and/or quality of work. They do offer what seems to be affordable homes which are advertised at affordable prices and home owner warranty to put the buyer at ease. You ll find out quickly the warranty is next to worthless.
Hello I live in Merrylands, the new subdivision on W lake Houston. Respectfully, the craftsmanship of the DRH ‘Express ’ was well beyond this one - I expected different for 450k. We’re not overly pissed, but my general review is that a purchase like this should be a cleaner build. I truly wish I could say I was happy with the service and quality but sadly I'm not. The only issue they fixed was a window that was leaking. I WOULDN'T recommend this builder to anybody.

The building process was painful as we had delayed after delay. Work was sloppy and many items had to be redo or corrected.
The neighborhood is situated close to I-45 and offers great value in its floor plans. Stephanie Fry was helpful in informing us about the community, local area and the features of the homes offered. If you are in the market for a new home, I recommend stopping by Madison Bend in Conroe. Unfortunately I had to back out of the home as the utility easement prevented me from adding a pool. I must say talking to Tanya R made this process extremely easy in getting my earnest money returned.

Horrible cutom builder maybe ok for tract homes. We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process. The completion of the home was 10 months after the original close date.
I have been in my home for approximately 8 months, we purchased January 31st 2020. I just learned that Legends homes are allowing Camillo properties to build 72 lease homes in the Merrylands Subdivision. When we bought our house we were not told of any lease houses being built because we would have not purchased. We didnt purchase our home to be next to 72 lease homes. We feel we were conned into buying a home on false pretense.
